Roszai Nichols vintage 90s skirt,L

This was one of my favorite skirts EVER!I love RozaeNichols!Its a L , but here’s the deal, the elastic waist band is stretched, it will either need to be replaced or if you’re lucky it will fit as is.The waist measures 19 ins across the front. It is a very thin waist band , as you can see in the pics, so easy to replace.From Waist to hem is 31 ins.The skirt is still in Excellent condtion other than the waistband. Super pretty pink and pale orange stitching & great design! Thank you for looking!
