The tie belt is attached to the dress, and is very long so you can wrap it around your waist multiple times or leave it longer. The dress has extra long puff sleeves that drape beautifully on the shoulders. The dress is so soft and comfortable to wear. This dress has minor damage: there are a few stains and one small hole on the right back shoulder. You cannot see any damage when the dress is on (please see photos on for reference). This is reflected in the price.
