@packratvintage I just tried it on and here’s what I can share:
It fits into my head. Fully pulled down, it covers my hairline in the front and almost to my hairline in the back, so your forehead and neck are definitely exposed

The ear flaps cover my ears and the tie fits under my chin.
The 20” circumference is probably the thing to check to see if it would work for you!

I should add that it was loose enough on me that I don’t think I would get a headache from it. But it’s more of a cap fit for sure.
