Rouched sleeve sweater

Navy and cream striped sweater that’s super soft and slightly cropped. The sleeves are rouched (picture 5) and have ties at the wrists (see picture 6). Only worn a few times and in excellent condition. The sweater is oversized, I would say it fits up to a size small, or medium if you’re not bigger-chested. Please be aware that my items are from a pet-friendly home. I have 2 dogs and 4 cats. If you have sensitivities, my closet may not be the right one for you.
