Rouge 4X High collar neck with cold shoulder down to ruffled sleeve tunic. NWT

This poly plus stretch blended fabric is brightly colored, open cold shouldered and comfy as well as pretty. NWT P2P is 25" but there is pleating and blousing make this a not-fully accurate measurement. Rim collar to hem is 30", again, it's a high collar. It has immense stretch. 🩷
