kaseyjane0705 @andreaeh1123 What size do you normally wear in Rouje? Does this run small for their brand? I usually wear a 38 and based on the size chart on their website I should be able to fit this skirt, however, your measurements say it runs small....want this skirt in a bad way but just want to be sure it will fit! I usually wear a 28 in Levi's if that makes any difference at all in comparisons for you! Thanks so much!

andreaeh1123 @kaseyjane0705 it can run a little small because it is made of 100% cotton so really not much stretch at all, but size 38 is pretty true to size if you have a size 28 inch waist. It will just be more of a fitted skirt. I would recommend to put it on over your head rather than throughout you hips because it will go on easier. Hope this helps :)
