NWT The Evelyne dress by Rouje is a midi length summer dress with a slighty fitted waist. It has a tie string that gathers at the front bodice. This is a size 38 or US 6- fits true to size. The rayon fabric is light and drapey. The print ground is a very dark blue color (almost black) with cream polka dots. It  has never been worn. I'm a 38 in Rouje skirts and 36 in tops, so this 38 dress was just a little too big on top for me. Feel free to make an offer!
