Rouje Gabinette - Size 38/M

I studied French for 6 years only to buy this dress and never wear it! Look at that print, she deserves to liiive! It's an easy breezy wrap dress that we know flatters everyone. One of the ties is shorter than the other (27ish" vs 38ish") which I thought was weird, but I have never owned a real Gabinette before this, so maybe that's how it's supposed to be?
