This vintage-inspired blouse by Rouje has a cute, retro rose print on a poppy red base. It has a lace-trimmed v-neck, button-front closure, and ties at the cuffs. It's a size 38 (Medium) but fits in-between a 36 (Small) and 38. It has only been worn a couple times and is in great condition.
