Route 66 Flutter Sleeve Hummingbird Dress Girl Size 10/12 This dress is a beautiful shade of blue chiffon with white dots and green and pink hummingbirds. The fabric is sheer with open flutter sleeves. The bodice is bloused with a v neck with an elastic waist and pink grosgrain ribbon sash. It has an open back however it doesn't show bare skin.
