Row A Floral Dress (M)

Row A dress, NWT. The black and sleeves are sheer with a small cut out. Waist down is a more flare fit and flares at the very bottom. I add a small drawstring bag filled with Organic dried Lavender buds to all my shipments. If you prefer I leave it out, please let me know!
