Roxy Cotton Strappy Tank Dress

Cotton. Straps tie in the back over a key hole opening. White stitching around bottom of tie strings has come off on one end (washing machine fail). Only worn a handful of times. Works great as a swim coverup. Awesome for vacation. Or pair with a denim jacket and wear around town. Make me an offer!
