Roxy Mini Skirt NWOT Size 0 Vintage

Awesome vintage skirt I bought about 20 years ago and never wore it (I have so many!). No tags but never worn. Waist across is about 14", length front about 11.75", length back about 12.5". Nice cotton fabric. Belt is attached in the back but you could probably cut it off if you wanted. Zipper in back.
