Roxy Pullover Tunic Peacock Blue

Howdy everyone! Picked up this Peacock Blue Roxy Tunic several years ago and have worn it maybe 2-3 times myself. It is in good, used condition:) The elastic band around the bottom and the cuffs around the sleeves are beginning to lose some elasticity—a little stiff, if you know what I mean. This is a warm, fitted tunic!
