Roxy Strapless Sleeveless Mini Striped Dress L High Low Elastic Waist

Roxy strapless dress is size large. Top part of dress is a solid orange and bottom part is stripes of various colors. Materials and care tags are cut off. Top I’d say is a cotton blend while skirt part is a thin polyester like blend. Parts are separated by an elastic waist. Waist could be an empire waist. On back is the embroidered Roxy heart logo. Made in India. Hem is a high low one with the back longer than the front. Side to side at top is 14” and stretches to 16” across front. Top to front hem is 24” long.
