Roxy blue off-the-shoulder printed top

Super cute, flowy, off-the-shoulder top from Roxy! Blue and white pattern with 2 navy crochet bands. 3/4 length sleeves. Elastic band on the top is somewhat loose. Great quality fabrics. Love this top, just doesn’t fit me anymore, and could use a better home. Used but in good condition.
