Roxy convertible halter/strapless dress

Spring break will be here before you know it! This Roxy dress can be worn with a removable, adjustable halter strap, or worn strapless and has a rubber lining at the top like a strapless bra. (Side straps shown are for hanging purposes) The top is soft, stretchy, and black with ruching at the center of the bust. Bottom half is a light cotton material that is nice and cool on hot days! Colors are a pastel orange, pink, orange, and teal with a black background. No holes/stains, smoke free home.
