Roxy strapless dress / converts to maxi skirt

Fun summer must have. Strapless dress that can be worn straight (as seen in last picture) or folded over for the vertically challenged like me. Or convert it into a great maxi skirt. 56% Cotton 44% Polyester. Great condition - just don't fit into it anymore.
