Royal Blue Blouse

Bought and took the tags off but never wore. Gorgeous Royal Blue color. Hem to the shirt is hi-low (shorter in the middle longer on the outside) for a sexy but covered silhouette. Very light wrinkles from storage. Will come out with a low heat iron, or a quick run on low in the dryer!. The fabric is super soft and feels like a hug
