@maryalice_d hello, I wouldn’t say there is stretch. The bust arm pit to arm pit is 19” flat and the back shoulder to hem is 26”. Hope that helps.

@spartangirl2 sorry for the delay it is 100 percent polyester and the measurements for arm pit to arm pit flat is 18.5” and top of shoulder strap to hem is approximately 26”. Hope that helps.
