Royal Blue Chiffon Asymmetrical Tier Blouse Top

NWT. No brand, was purchased in Asia. No size, but should fit Small. Royal Blue, asymmetrical tiers, chiffon exterior and different material inside (see photo showing contrast), flow-y and relaxed fit. Please note that back has some fraying (can be trimmed off) and slight snag next to it (almost a hole but not noticeable at all - see photos). Was planning to wear this inside a black blazer. Length - 23.5” (From shoulder to hem) Bust - 16.5” (From underarm to underarm)
