Royal Blue Corset Formal Dress for Prom, Beauty Pageant, Wedding, or fancy event

Bought this dress for prom but it didn’t arrive on time. I wanted to save this dress for a beauty pageant or modeling, but I am getting older. It’s so beautiful and elegant and the material is sturdy. You adjust the laces in the back to make it tighter like a corset. Tags are still attached. Never been worn, so it’s super new!
