Royal Blue Dress - floor length, sheer top

This dress is very cool! And by "cool" I mean - there's plenty of airflow in the sheer, see-through top! I wore this fabulous dress to a drag ball and got many compliments! Perfectly paired with blue glittery pasties, this dress was amazing! The top is fitted with long sleeves and sequin designs, the back is an open oval. From the fitted waist it cascades down to the floor in a more flowing and stretchy material. A conversation piece for sure!
