NWT royal blue cocktail dress from Est. 1946 - trending for 2020. It’s brand new and unworn. It was purchased for a Kentucky Derby party but when I received it, it was just a bit too big for me. It’s perfect for a wedding, prom, ring dance, formal, Sunday brunch at the country club, etc! Beautiful flowing sleeves. Color is most accurate in the second photo. sassyashley3 @farmstarshar pit to pit is approx 18” whereas shoulder to hem (top to bottom) is 36.5”. It’s a tad wrinkled but otherwise NWT from a smoke and germ free home.
