maryamgueramian Hi @brittneygraff :) the overall length is about 65inches and the train is about 68 inches. I'm 5'4 so I wore it with 5 inch heels and didn't need alterations. I just lofted the train up while going up and down stairs. There is about a one inch space for alteration before the first ruffle starts.
