Royal Blue Flowy Embroidered Dress

This a beautifully flattering dress! I wore it to a wedding and got so many compliments on it that night. Has a slip underneath that is more form fitting but the outside material is very flowy and falls nicely. The color is a beautiful royal, deep blue. The embroidery on the front makes it unique and the cap sleeve fall nicely on the arm. Straps are adjustable as well! It is a small, but I would say it fits more like a medium with the flow (slip underneath might be a little tighter, but it has give as well).
