Royal Blue Formal Dress

Gorgeous royal blue dress with sequins, beads, and rhinestone embellishments. Used once as a bridesmaid dress. Was altered from the bottom to fit my stature; I’m 5’5” and wore this dress with 2” heels, allowing the dress to graze the floor. Back closures can be opened to have an open-back look.
