Royal Blue Formal Dress

Worn once for a wedding. Unsure of brand. Great quality dress. Wiring on inside bust. Strap (similar to bra strap) on inside to help hold dress up. My favorite feature! Dress is gorgeous. Floor length. Flowy on bottom. Fitted on top. Very flattering dress. No stains, rips, snags on outside. One mark on inside of dress that is completely not seem on outside. See pictures.
