Royal Blue Frilly Shorts

These cute little shorts are made by the brand M U.S.A, it says they are a size medium/large, but I’m a small in everything else so I’d recommend these to people who normally are a size small. I think these shorts could be great to just throw on to go to the beach! I think I got them from Dillard’s but I’ve barely worn them !
