Royal Blue Lace Dress

This dress was purchased years ago but has sat in my closet ever since. The tags were removed with the intent of wearing the dress, but it has never been worn. It has a high- low lace hem where the back is longer than the front. There is a slip inside with a sweetheart neckline underneath the lace around the bust. Perfect condition. Willing to hear offers.
