mkcg67 @lseclark Hi! When I got the shorts out and compared the pictures in the listing, the blue was not the right color. They are not as royal blue as in the picture. The new pictures show the color better. The waist is about 14 1/4”. It does have elastic in the back and will expand about another inch. I took another picture of the size. It does look like a 6, but when enlarged it looks like an 8. I had 4 pair of these shorts and the other 3 were an 8. So I think they are an 8
