Royal Blue Mystique Formal Dress

Stunning. Gorgeous bodice, tulle skirt. Size 2 but fits more like a size 0 in my opinion. Like new condition. Purchased it for an event from another Posher but didn’t fit. Even with the neckline, still fits modestly and covers an A-C cup. Pretty firm on price. Just trying to make back what I paid for it. Measurement estimates: Hips: I’m 37-39” and it slipped on great, plenty of room. Waist: Probably 23” (tiny!!) I need to check, but I’m 27” and it wouldn’t zip.
