Royal Blue Prom Dress, only worn once! Perfect con

This is a Royal Blue prom dress/ or homecoming, it has bejeweled straps (one un-hooks to be able to put on the dress) that cross over the back. The back is open besides the straps. At the bottom of the back it is al so bejeweled, and a little strip mesh is just below that. In the front, it has a kinda sweetheart neck line and is also bejeweled. I'm 5'9" and about 145 LBS, and it was a little loose, but the height was perfect. It is perfect condition, and comes with the original garment bag.
