Royal Blue (Rayon) Form Fitting Pencil Skirt

Super cute, fitted pencil skirt, sz large. Color is royal blue. Front is plain, in the back top-center, there's a tiny divot & just below is a cute bow. The dress also has a zipper on the left. There is a slight waist band inside the top. 75% rayon, 22% nylon and 3% spandex. It just requires being hand washed in cold water and to lay flat when drying, so it's easy to maintain.
