luckyangel8 @cmonique5 Hi Ma’am! I’m not sure why the tag says size 10. i used a tape measure and laying flat the waist measures 13, and hips 16. So, I would say it’s 26” on waistline and 32” on the hips ma’am. Hope this helps. Thanks!

luckyangel8 @cmonique5 Hi Ma’am! I’m fine with answering questions, don’t worry. The tag says it’s 100% polyester. I’m not reall familiar with the qualities of diff fabrics. But I did try to stretch it out a little bit and it would add only an inch to it laying flat.
