Royal Blue Shift Dress, Chico's 1x

This is a royal blue dress with a shift pattern, so the measurement at the chest (19" across) remains the same all the way down. The material isn't on the tag, but is soft and stretchy. This is a size 1x. Comfortable, and in excellent condition. Model dimensions are 5'2" tall with a 38" bust, 29" waist, and 38" hips.
