Royal Blue Skort Mini Skirt Shorts

No tags on this adorable skort with stretchy waistband. The shorts are built in and made from the same fabric. It fits approx size XS or S. Made out of thick, stretchy material. I love this skort so much that I considered keeping it for my hanging mannequin, but decided that would be an extra step each time I needed to dress the mannequin. There is a small pull and a tiny black dot on the skort (see photos). Measurements while laying flat: 12" stretch band waist, 14" length Non-smoking home
