Royal Blue Sleeveless dress

This dress is very fun! I’ve worn it a few times, and it was a great dress for summer events, like the 4th of July! The royal blue is a very flattering color! This is an XS, and fits true to size. It has detailing at the hips, which I moved up to my waist to make more flattering. Very lightweight material. Buttons at the neck on the back. Easy to throw on with sandals for a beach vacation or dinner date! Smoke free home. Open to offers, but not trades!
