Royal Blue Strappy Fit & Flare Dress

Super cute criss cross strappy back dress. Fit could be mini or midi depending on your height. I’m 5’1” and the dress hit a bit above my knees, but lower than my mid thigh. Holding my arms straight down, it went past my finger tips. Measurements: Length (shoulder to hem): 32.5” Waist: 27” The material is thick and stretchy. Made from 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
