Royal Blue Tulle Prom Skirt

NWOT!! 💙 This gorgeous Tulle prom skirt has sequined embroidery on the waist line. It part of a 2 piece set I purchased from Macy's. Once purchased I realized the crop top (listed in closet) and skirt were two different sizes. This is brand new great for prom or homecoming! Skirt does have a random loose string and tiny spot on bottom of Tulle that can be easily washed off. Other than that it's in perfect condition and beautiful!!
