Royal Blue Tunic Convertible Button Up

Beautiful dark royal blue (the 3rd pic is the closest to the actual color) flowing dress shirt. Silver buttons with flat studs on the breast pockets. The sleeves can be pulled up & secured with button straps inside the sleeves. Size small but it's meant to fit loose so a medium or even a small large can easily fit.
