Royal Blue Velvet Flouncy Princess Midi Dress

I found this lovely royal beauty at my local Goodwill store, and then altered the dress with the contrast bias tape along the hem myself. One of my favorite hobbies is upcycling and reinvigorating vintage clothes with a modern touch! I would love to sell some of my unique items, however not sure what the poshmark policy on that is 🤐! And if you couldn't guess already, I have a ton of blue things in my wardrobe! 😅😅
