Royal Blue Vintage 90’s Silk Hoop Skirt with Flowers

Hate to see this go, but it’s too small for me. Vintage skirt with flower details. Tag is faded Waist is 24 inches, modern size extra small. Could use a few turns in the dryer to get out wrinkles. Some sun fading toward the bottom of the skirt (shown in photos) Make me an offer!
