Royal Blue beaded tiered necklace

This beaded necklace is the most beautiful royal blue. The wire that they are on is also royal blue making this very unique. The beads are not all uniform in size so it creates some shimmer. It will make a beautiful accent to other bright colors or just black or just white. Beautiful with white. Laid our it measures 21” with the shortest strand. Length on the neck is represented in the pictures. Basically 10”. I am not sure of the metal.
