Royal Blue mini dress handmade

Beautiful royal blue / navy mini dress with silver leaf appliqué. The fabric is so cool, it absolutely glows under direct light. Kinda velvety. Great for a prom or fancy party. I wore it to homecoming back in the day! Definitely a glam 80s vibe. No size tag, but fits like a small. (I’m 5’3” and approx 117 pounds) Deep scoop back, but I was able to wear a normal bra with it and it wouldn’t show. Only worn once and just don’t have the confidence for a mini dress anymore!
