Royal Collection Mug – 50th Anniversary of Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II This exquisite tankard/mug was designed for the Royal Collection at St. Jame's Palace, London. It is part of a special collection of china which celebrated the 50th anniversary of the coronation ceremony of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II on 2nd June 1953. It is Fine Bone China, Made in England, rimmed top and bottom with 22ct gold. The design shows the many pieces of coronation regalia which symbolize sovereignty, spiritual and temporal power. This mug was never used and looks new. it was a collectible. There are no scratches, chips, or marks. It measures approximately 3" high and 3" diameter, excluding the handle.
