Royal Creations made in Hawaii tropical dress. Cotton with good stretch. Sleeveless with sheath silhouette and pencil skirt. Tropical sunset print in red, pink,black, yellow with palm trees, sailboat, volcano and Hawaii. Dress fits smaller than large, and is unlined. Listing as medium, as measurements more in line with a medium. 16" chest, 36" length, 15" waist. Fairly cheaply made dress.
