Royal Party Wide Leg Pants

Palazzo pants purchased at a boutique in Hawaii. The brand is from Japan called Royal Party. The tag says it’s a size 38 but not sure what country that corresponds to. I would say this is a US 8 based on measurements below. Elastic waist in back. Zipper/Snap/Clasp is on left side of the pant. Never worn. Approx lay flat measurements: Waist: 15” Hip: 21” Length: 39 1/4” Inseam: 28 1/4” Pant width at hem: 14 3/4”
