Royal Queen Collection Strapless Formal Dress Gown NWT Never worn. Still has the tags on it. Formal gown is strapless, but has shoulder straps that can be attached. Zips at the side. Also includes a shawl for wearing over your shoulders. With the pleated / gathered design, the color is stunning when the light hits it. Size 6 — there are some measurements shown in the photos. It wouldn’t fully zip on my mannequin I bought it for, so I did flat lay measurements. Let me know if you have any questions.
