Royal Robins. Professional or fun skirt with polka dots in grey cream and blue. Little pocket on the inside. Great fit with it being slightly form fitting and then a little flare. Nice thick-ish fabric. Size is likely a 2 but the size tag isn’t there anymore. See measurements in photo
